Project TENOWA in partnership with Riopele wins ‘Innovation Prize Project COTEC 2018’

Tenowa is a brand that reuses the remnants of yarns and fabrics from the company to create new fabrics that have functional finishes based on waste from the agri-food industry.
This product uses 80% recycled raw material and is made using technologically advanced textile equipment, with a high level of automation and which substitutes the human eye, in order to identify defects in the manufactured fabrics.
Sasia took charge of recycling and the first treatment of the fiber, and was then sent to the corresponding entities to continue the process.
